Site walk before the season
We walk the property in fall to mark hydrants, curbs, islands, drains, and where snow can legally be stacked without blocking sight lines or handicap spaces. That hour in October prevents most of the problems that happen in January.
Year-round on one invoice
Many of our commercial clients also use our lawn care and landscaping service through the growing season. Same crew, same contact, one vendor to manage instead of two.

- Seasonal flat rate or per-push?
- Seasonal gives you a fixed, budgetable number no matter how the winter goes. Per-push costs less in a light year and more in a heavy one. Most property managers pick seasonal because they can put it in a budget in September.
- Are you insured?
- Yes, and we provide certificates of insurance naming your property before the season starts.
- Can you handle service before opening hours?
- That is the standard. Tell us your open time and we build the route so your lot and walks are done before it.
- What size properties do you take?
- Small to mid-size commercial: retail strips, offices, churches, medical suites, apartment and condo drives. We stay in the range we can service well rather than overcommitting the route.
